Yes, a 5mm spacer should make everything clear on stock suspension. You will have some poke. Additionally, to add camber, you would also need coilovers. The spring diameter on most coils is smaller than OEM. This frees up some room under the car to add negative camber and run a higher offset. (like your +40 wheels)
