You could pretty easily get $7k in cash just from parts if you parted the car out. I'm not sure what the salvage titled cars are actively going for but you might shoot for that level and take a wash on the cage maybe at maybe $10-$13k. It isn't $22k total, but I think that would be a realistic goal given the market.
