I'm not familiar with their routing, but we route our line where the hose that came from the side of the throttle body and goes to the line on the driver's rear of the engine. This shouldn't interfere with your oil cooler modification if you used the ports on the front of the throttle body.

The brake booster does not need constant vacuum. You aren't on throttle and the brakes very much. When you are fine input would be desired and the manual braking offered without the booster under vacuum is ideal, at least for me!
