Tcoat, my car is well over 310,000km and climbing. It even has the dreaded valve replacement recall done on it. That is the only time it's been in the shop for anything other than routine maintenance.
If it developed on oil leak (it doesn't, as far as I can tell it uses less than a half a quart between oil changes) I would get the leak fixed.

Yoshoobaroo my dealer took less than 3 days to complete the valve recall on my car.
