When you've adjusted the calibration of drivability and power related tables and run out of goals to tune for. Fuel economy is important too. I also think any tune with more than 3% LTFT besides idling is unacceptable. I've already all the power I want from the setup, why not dial in the fuel economy? If for nothing else, shits and giggles.
That's not how you dial in fuel economy...
