It doesn't matter. Although some BOV's recommend a dedicated line for them to maintain fast reaction time, a boost gauge probably isn't going to do anything to that. If you decide to go off the booster line, make sure it's before the little bulge in the booster line, that's the check valve to make sure the booster keeps vacuum.
