Fuel Pump ECU is the Fuel Pump ECU from the Kpower system and from the wiring diagram. It uses signals from the Engine ECU to output a 9V vs a 12V signal to the fuel pump, so when the fuel pump doesn't need to be cranked up, it isn't. Apparently, this will prolong ECU life and reduce cabin noise.
