I am a little ignorant to FI, but I am beginning to understand it better and better. Listen to Crawford describe the FA20 motor vs. an STi engine. He literally says it creates more power and is stronger than the EJ motor. So in theory, if you get the car to about 250 whp, I would say you would be pretty darn safe as long as you have an inter cooler and seamless install.
"The same turbo we put on this engine (fa20), on an STI we can make something like 360 horsepower, on this motor (fa20) it made 430."
