No spec giving there either. I couldn't find the specification in the engine mechanical manual also.
I've decided on the next best option which is to loosen & tighten the bolt. A torque wrench with an angle gauge helps here or you can mark the bolt, break loose the bolt, and measure the torque value it takes to line up the marks again.
