I already said besides aero or additional bearing load though.

That isn't too low an offset either. More flush if anything. It's not like it's poking out 5" like a parachute lol...maybe only a few mm's at most.

Isn't saying it'll hurt aero kinda exaggerating?

Wouldn't flush be better than sunk, aero-wise? ..since there's no void/deadspace in the sunk wheelbase that'll result in air flow disturbance.
