For one, you would sign an NDA, which to me is always a caution before heading down a road. The fact that you wouldn't be able to publicly talk about your experience with GM kind of throws me off. Leaves room for interpretation that some shady things could be happening and you would be SOL about pursuing legal action. Or things could go incredibly good.
