Ouch, that seems really slow for a MT with a header/tune. most get into the 13s.
Remember MTs are a full second faster 0-60 purely because they can launch.
5-60 they are almost equal. stock 0-60 neither launching the MT does 7.8sec AT does 8.1sec. AT can launch at 2400rpm and get to 7.6sec, MT launch can get to 6.4sec. if an AT could launch the same they would be at 6.7sec.
like i mentioned TC was on, and i took off dead stop no launch. Also the second half of the 1/4 was a slight incline which probably dropped trap from 102mph to 100mph flat.
But who really cares about stop light racing or drag racing. Are you really going to launch off every stop light? lol. I am probably 3 full seconds faster 60-120 where launching doesn't matter. You would get walked all day long while I am driving with my knees, sipping on coffee, and typing up an essay.
Just for reference a 370z nismo with intake/exhaust/lwc pulley, recorded a 0-60mph in 4.5sec, also recorded 40-80mph in 5.8sec. His 0-60 is about a full second faster, but I recorded 40-80mph in 5.5sec, .3sec faster. In a Hwy pull I am walking away. Off the line he will be faster and ill be chasing him down pulling even just after the 1/4th. Then walking away after.
