YouTube it. There are a few good videos out there.
To make things way easier you'll need these:

SUV jack stands. These are just taller jack stands so you can move around underneath with ease.

High lift jack or thick wood blocks to give you that 3-4" you need.

Tranny jack. Makes things easier if you can't bench press 100lbs.

Cheater bar or beaker bar. Some bolts need some "tough love"

PB blaster or any liquid bolt loosener spray.

Extra long box end wrenches. Just so you can remove the drive shaft from the diff. Those bolts where the only bolts that give me problems.

A buddy or two.

Beer and food.


I did it in my garage with a bad back. Took me about 3 days only because I only worked on it 3-4 hours at a time. No air tools just old fashioned hand tools.

As much as you think of leaving the tranny fluid in there, just drain it. You'll make a mess when you try to remove it.
It's pretty easy, given you know your way around an oil change.
