I bought and assembled an IKEA dining table.

The 2nd to last step was a pain in the ass. I probably spent 45 mins or so on it and still couldn't quite get it 100% (retaining square thing that goes between the four legs and over 8 bolts, which you then tighten through the middle, which is super cramped.

I double-checked with a level if not getting it 100% sat on the bolts would be ok, and the level said 0 deg. So I tightened everything up, flipped the table right-side up, and then checked if it was sturdy and then if the level continued to read 0 deg; both were good.

I dunno why IKEA stuff is always so unnecessarily challenging.
