This depends on your setup. Water getting on things isn't new and typically at worst will cause corrosion / surface rusting of unprotected surfaces.
Your biggest worry is if you have an open element intake setup and it's dumping water on it, or if you have unshielded header/exhaust components. Great example - a high front mounted turbo with a conical filter will typically be pulling air right from where an optimum hood vent will be. Cool, until water comes in and the turbo's air filter accumulates water in it. Or when you're beating on the car and the downpipe is blazing hot, and you have water dripping on it eventually possibly weakening the metal. To further clarify, the real worry is when the car sits for a while and gets snowed on. The heat melts the snow, and it possible sits in the intake. WHen you start the car back up, the melted snow will now be a cup or more of water that you run the risk of the turbo sucking in.
TL;DR- If you can be sure water is not dripping on the turbo downpipe, or accumulating on an open element air filter, you're fine
