If you're at the top of the chain, why not share your success with them and pay them back for the car? Put yourself in their shoes.

Sponge is accurate.

I'm paying almost 90k for an addition to my home so that my remaining parent can live with me and not be fearful of a lonely retirement. He wasn't successful and couldn't afford to buy me name brand graham crackers, let alone a car. Be a good dude and share your success.

I'll attest that you sharing your personal situation with us is why we're giving you this advice. If someone asks "should I jump in the pool?" You'd probably say "Yes!". When they tell you it's from the top of a building and the pool has no water, the answer unequivocally changes to "No!"
