Could oil temps possibly have something to do with crickets? Has anyone else with an oil cooler noticed this.
Yep you nailed it freindo. My commute to work is approximately 10 minutes and I never get crickets since my oil temp. never gets to operating temperature. However, on the weekends when I go on longer drives and let the car get to operating temp., the crickets return. Crickets are definitely affected by oil temp.
