Slightly stiffer chassis due to the additional bracing, significantly more NVH as there's zero factory sound deadening, but that NVH is what gives the s2k character to begin with! The intake airbox or exposed filter K&N FIPK is a perfect example of that.
The exhaust is a big louder, but nothing noisier. Suspension is significantly different in damping, but coilovers would make that moot as well.
