They won’t add a turbo… the whole reason they used a boxer is to mount the engine low in the engine bay and far back towards firewall is for close to 50/50 weight distribution.

I think most people complaining about power doesn’t have tight twisty roads or understand why this car was built. Sometimes you have to appreciate cars at face value.

If they added a turbo and didn’t upset the close to 50/50 weight distribution then expect them costing another 10k or in the low 40s. Then the car would lose its appeal because you could spend a little more and get a substantially better built vehicle.

For its price point/performance/looks it has a great niche in the price point market.
