Some of the runners do not come straight off the flange, I can take pics today if I remember. They are also too close to the holes. Every nut I try eventually starts to scrape at the few problem runners before it's all the way tight, and then once it does that it starts to go on crooked.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but what if you cut all the runners off right at the flange then had a 1/2" spacer welded on each runner to push it out a little? Maybe too much work
