got my panels installed this morning - also took a couple of hours at leisurely pace. thanks JDKane for putting this together!
as mentioned previously, it's all very straightforward. the eight side clips were of course the most time consuming. i had a panel clip removal tool, but the notch was too wide and it wouldn't pull the clips off. once i got a clip sticking out a bit, i then grabbed it with a mini vise grip, then just twisted and pulled till they came out. took about 5 mins to do each one once i figured out the technique. it also helped to use a tiny screwdriver to release one of the 'ears' on the clip, otherwise i'd be fighting both.
everything fits up perfectly - no issues with mismatched holes etc.
