FS (NJ): 2013 Scion FR-S JDL Turbo-16.5k

Here is a Turbocharged 2013 Scion FR-S in the Ultramarine color. The car has about 38660 miles now, 6 speed manual and many extras. With the sale of the car there will also be many of the OEM components that will be included if desired (mostly the stock intake system). This car was my second car and is being stored in a garage with minimal use until sold. Everything on the car works perfect and was very well taken care of since new. I had planned to keep the car so much longer and build it more, but things change and I need a pickup truck now.

Oil was always changed at 5k intervals or less with Mobil 1 synthetic oil 0-20w. The switch to Amsoil XL 5w-30 was done when the Turbo was installed. After initial break-in of the turbo kit the Oil and filter were changed again at 36,009 miles (turbo installed at 35,274)

A new serpentine belt was installed April of 2018 during the Turbo install.

Rear Diff Fluid, and brake fluid was changed at 32,370 miles

Transmission Fluid was changed to Motul 300 75-90 at 14,538 miles

The modifications include:

TRD Catback Exhaust

RS*R Moto Spec Sports-I Coilovers

17x9 Wedsport TC105N in the Factory Gunmetal Color

245/40/17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires

Custom Alcantera interior pieces included Gauge Hood, Shift Boot, Parking brake Boot, knee pads and Dash Pad with TRD embroidered

Carbing High Grip Bronze Shift Knob

86 Speed Hood Struts

JDL Front Crash Bar (for intercooler clearance)

Prosport Oil Pressure Gauge

Diode Dynamics Fog Lights

Helix Light Smoke Side Marker Lights (Factory Orange Maker lights included)

Toyota Front and Rear Badges (Scion Badges can be included)

Stoptec Brake pads and Vented and slotted Rotors at all 4 corners

Engine Work/ Turbo Info

Mishimoto Thermostatic (180 degree) Oil Cooler

The turbo was installed April of 2018 at 35,274 miles. This is the JDL UEL V2 kit with the Garret GT2860RS Ball Bearing Turbo and Tuned with ECUtek by James Martin with HRI tuning. The kit was tuned with a 7 PSI spring in the re-circulating Wastegate. I have added a PTP Turbo Blanket and all hot components were Bronze ceramic coated prior to installation. If you have any further questions about the Turbo setup or any questions just let me know!
