IIRC they are built in the same production facility with minor changes for each brand. The Tomei will have the slip joint retainers on the bottom side of the pipe (facing down towards the ground) and the Gruppe-S has them on the top of the pipe facing up towards the engine.
Very good quality header from what I've read. I have a Gruppe-S waiting to go on eventually.
