Eibach ProKit lower the car 1" and i highly doubt hes rubbing. If he is it might be on the fender since those tires a little taller than OEM specs. But like i said im pretty sure he is not rubbing because of that offset and and width. 17x8 +35 will give a flush fitment if you plan to lower your car 1"
