I know how to fix this. People think it's the weather stripping and yes it can be but for me it wasn't (the TSB posted on here isn't involved in my fix either). I fixed it last year through a very long process of trial and error but never posted about it because I wanted time to pass before I claimed my fix worked. Ultramaroon helped at first and then I took it from there.
I have a TON of pictures documenting the process....one day soon I might post it up (work is terribly busy right now). Also, it should be noted that there's misinformation on this forum regarding this problem.
