New 86/ BRZ may or may not have more competition from the new Z.

Ivan Espinosa (Corporate VP of global and Japan product planning at Nissan) says a new Z is coming next year. Might be called the 400Z. No roadster.

I'm wondering if they will go after the Mustang and Challenger with the next car, especially with the comments about it being possible to target higher volumes. In base form, with a usable back seat and the VC-Turbo motor for around $30K, it could do well.
