I've seen and read a number of tutorials on installing crash bolts for the 1st gen twins but I haven't been able to find as detailed information on the 2nd gen. Can anyone with access to the service manual confirm whether the torque spec is the same as on the gen 1 (114 lb-ft according to
)? I assume the installation process is identical otherwise.
On a more subjective note… is it worth the trouble?
