I suggest you just vac the interior and what won't come up wash with warm soapy water then rinse.
Use Invisible glass on the glass.
Wash the outside (including wheels) with any good car washing soap.
Wax the car with any name brand auto wax.
Do all that about twice a year.
See how easy it is.
