Not really. You could say the Legacy is more upscale than the camry, but that's about where it ends. The top Highlander models are pimp, as is the Venza, 4Runner LTD, Sequoia Ltd and Platinum and the big daddy $70k Land cruiser.... And that's just in America. The rest of the world gets the Toyota Mark X, Crown, Century ($90+k V12 limo), Harrier (Lexus RX, To my surprise they still produce the Harrier, even in Japan).
Anyway, there is really not that much need to differentiate it as long as it's a great car. both parties are gonna make money of all sold either way.
