I use 2 RAM mounts for the side cameras. Location varies from above the rear tires to somewhere in the window behind the main door window.
For the main camera, I used to use a RAM mount on the windshield, but recently made a stick mount for the passenger seat to move the camera a little further back. I need to raise it up, but had 3 autocrosses in a row which didn't leave much time. Maybe this weekend I'll get it done, then make a "How To" thread. This mount uses one of the helmet mounts that comes with the camera though.
