I would have done it when I bought mine, just because...
It was one of the problems I had when cross-shopping the FRS. Anything else that started in the same price range had engine options and I couldn't leave the HP on the table, so by the time I was happy with a configuration I had usually doubled the price.
I wouldn't do it now though. As my buying history suggests, I wouldn't be buying a second one regardless.
