Mine does it when I shift hard at high revs or let the engine bog down pulling out in first. It's belt slippage, for me.

Do you have the undersized pulley? If so, you need the undersized belt. I have the undersized belt and it still slips a little. It's a result of the narrow belt OEM used. The supercharger pulls hard against it.
