I don't, unfortunately. But
this is what I used, cut into strips 8in by 36in. It fits snug enough into the channel between the outer body panel and the inner framing that you don't have to tape it or anything. I inserted it from the front, near the speaker, then went around and pulled it through to the back.

Technically yes, but the seats aren't hard to take out, and once you've got the seats/console/trim pieces out, the carpet is pretty easy. I'm actually impressed how relatively simple the disassembly of the interior is on this car. The biggest PITA so far has been getting the hooks on the back seats to engage when putting them back in.
