And this happens almost every day. At least every week, there are 'street takeovers' and 'sideshows' in Southern California. Not surprising it's happening in Toronto or any other major city.

I moved to socal a year ago and saw my first street takeover in OC. Some idiots shut down a busy street on a Fri night just to do some donuts.
Some people are just desperate for attention I guess.
. Reminds me of my neighbor's kid with a loud car who apparently can't drive his car out of the neighborhood without repeatedly revving his engine and redlining 1st and 2nd.
