Fully legal in Japan. Not so much in the United States since it was never sold here. Someone feel free to tell me if I'm wrong about this though, but I'm not certain they'll be legal even if you can bring them here.
Regardless, keep us updated if you're successful.
EDIT: Noticed you're in Belgium. I'm not too sure how everything works there, but like I said, keep us updated.
