In many places that unmarked lane/shoulder is used as a 3rd lane. Very obvious that’s the case here. So squaddy turned right from a center lane and was attempting to turn into the center of the road in the right splitting the lanes. I’m fairly certain the guy was simply driving in the 3rd lane and when squaddy passed the point of making a turn, even if illegal from a center lane, he decided to pass. Squaddy 100% wrong.
I did have a good bit of entertainment reading through his previous post tho. I also came to the conclusion that Tcoat is in fact squaddy. So sorry Tcoat but your at fault for this accident.
