I would test fit the wheel on its own (with compression) and go from there. If you have clearance, then add crash/camber bolts to tuck it in a bit.
A 9.5" wide wheel is an ask with springs, it will be tight.
I fitted 245/35R18 on 18x9+42 for a customer a few weeks ago and they clear the strut (not the ideal offset).

Hey guys, sorry to dig up such an old reply, but I am looking to get a solution for my setup and eliminate the front poke by getting some more negative camber in the front. Is the only solution to go to aftermarket coilovers? Why is that? is there a difference in diameter of the springs and perch? How can I verify that whatever coils I choose will give me a better range of adjustability?
