I’ve come to enjoy GT7 a lot more than I expected.. but for sure nothing like the old days. It’s kinda sad but I honestly don’t think we can enjoy anything as adults the way we did as kids. Just a part of seeing the world so differently now

Here’s hoping GT7 gets the GR Corolla sometime soon, that will be neat.

For me it's not so much as trying to experience it as I did when I was a kid. In fact, I'm sure I'm way more skilled now than I was back then. lol.

It's more of how it was structured. The first two has way more races and championships, and iirc, they weren't always the same cars every time you entered a race and/or championship. The opponents varied. With GT7, it's always the same cars every time you enter a race, with the only difference being their starting position.

That may be due to the higher amount of opponents and the less number of models to choose from in GT7 compared to GT1 and especially GT2. Who knows. lol
