I hear the stock GR86/BRZ suspension is the most comfortable setup yet, and potentially fits all years. If my goal was comfort, I would do that spring/shock setup + a Mann Engineering 13mm rear sway bar.

I wanted to get an armrest at some point but found that resting my arm on the ebrake worked pretty good in that regard.
