Spline count doesn't matter much. Just need to find the same clutch pads as stock but with the new spline count. The real trick isn't the mount either it's the dam new drive shaft. Car can also use a hydraulic throw out bearing to fix weak fork while doing it.

The factory Subaru fluid is great when cold and around town just at top of the RPMs is I guess not great, I guess.
