Base model 2 door 6 speed soft top is low 20's.
Just checked the site to confirm it is $22,395 MSRP. They can be had for reasonable deals, my father-in-law got his last year for $23k with satellite radio and big tire/wheel package.
They do price way up with options and extra doors focused on creature comforts or off-roading tech, but the base model is very affordable and a hoot to drive.

I find it to be a pretty solid vehicle for what it is, if I had room in the budget I would get one for a weekend driver/bad weather car.
