That is one weird sound, even coming from an FR-S.
I can't tell from your video, is your car moving when you make it make those sounds?
Where does it appear that the sound coming from?
Might I suggest a simple solution (which is usually wrong -
), that would be to check the brake fluid level.
Consider bleeding the brake fluid system?
