Those are the specified lowering ranges from ST and KW - minimum 0.8" drop, maximum 2.0" drop.

The main spring length on all the mainstream, road-focused (I.E. non-Clubsport / XTA) KW and ST coilovers is 200mm (about 7.87").

KW Clubsports have 170mm (about 6.7") long main springs front and rear, and ST XTA's have 170mm long springs in front with 200mm long springs in the rear.

Inner diameter for the springs is listed as 61mm (around 2.4"). All the KW and ST coilovers have helper springs as well, which just serve to keep the main springs in place under full suspension droop.
