Lol, sounds like trolling but pretty much true.

Cost and reliability being 100% equal, anyone would be lying if they said id rather have 300whp instead of 400whp.

And since power and reliability can be achieved by spending $$ It really just comes down to how much money are you willing to spend or risk are you willing to take to save money and make power.

300whp is the “general” answer only because it’s a decent amount of power that can be fairly reliable and doesn’t break the bank. Its a good bang for buck middle ground. But cost aside I’d rather have unlimited power.
