Most people misunderstand how boost is created by a roots blower. It generates constant boost only in an open system. Once you attach it to an engine you get linear boost with rpm.

Count me as one of the ones amongst the uneducated... I did not realize it grew linearly w/ RPM. It is misleading because when you get on the throttle the boost jumps way up, so it is hard to not think it is full boost... it definitely grows w/ RPM but does so subtly. I should have reviewed my logs instead of just going with a few datapoints i mentally grabbed off my ECU Connect dashboard.

It would be really nice if ECU Connect let you review logs in the tool. Anyone have any good tools for reviewing logs directly on your android? I also cannot find the files so have to resort to using the "share" option inside the app which is a little annoying.

Idle log below .. I'm not able to use datazap on current comp so that link may or may not work

Yeah that log link doesn't work... it just takes me to my datazap home page. But you will see our numbers are in line w/ each other.

The way my logs are set up makes it seem they are logged directly to PSI, which is nice I don't have to do the conversions...

First log I see
off throttle ~3 psi
idle ~5 psi
full throttle ~7400 rpm 24.3 psi
atmosphere 14.8 psi

So yeah I am at about 9.5 psi of boost, cool.
https://datazap.me/u/br-zed/sc-log-3...5-35&solo=7-35

In another log (not posted) I seem to be idling around 1000 rpm (seems a little high) at 5.6 psi. Probabyl would drop w/ a lower idle.

In this log I again see good numbers
https://datazap.me/u/br-zed/sc-log-4...g=0&data=15-35
24.9 psi @ 7388 rpm
25.4 psi @ 7204 rpm
24.7 psi @ 7348 rpm
25.1 psi @ 7356 rpm
atmosphere 14.74 psi, so boost is 10.16 psi, 10.66 psi, 9.96 psi, 10.36 psi.

So it looks like our cars are right in line w/ each other.

So I guess I am not worried as much. The supercharger is louder than you all describe (that doesn't bother me assuming there is no defect) but it appears to be working properly so that is a good sign. And I assume there are no vacuum leaks or boost leaks since it is hitting all the numbers listed above. It drives really well.

Hopefully Edelbrock will get back to me on this pulley. Doing a SC install during COVID sucks, they have a skeleton crew so everything is taking longer. But as for now the car will be garaged until I get a new pulley...
