I can't stop banging my head on the wall with this car...

After fixing the intake manifold gasket leak, all was well. About 3 weeks later (now), I start to notice sharp hesitations again while giving throttle. It started acting up in 6th gear on the highway going 75mph. Went to check my fuel trims and they are all over the place again. Long term at -14% and short term at 7% right as I pulled into a parking lot.

Something is occurring with my car as these are the same symptoms I experience at the end of last year. Is it possible the OEM gaskets cannot hold the boost pressure and create tears if feeding too much throttle? I know which road this will take me with these symptoms.

I'm not sure what else to do at this point except keep replacing the intake manifold gasket every 3 weeks...
