Well, so much for a simple solution, if you're sure the battery is good -

That would leave the starter or the engine itself.

If it had been starting OK and it just died on the highway and then the engine wouldn't turn over, it may have started to freeze up - like spun a rod bearing -

I'm afraid you're going to have to have the car towed to a shop/dealer to get a reading.

As in the other similar thread if the battery is good that starter is struggling to turn over an engine with something broken and jammed up.
I would guess that once again it is toast due to spun bearing or thrown rod.
