2. You shouldn't have any clearance problem with either due geometrical clearance on speed bumps, it goes right after wheel after all. But i had some issues with RA when backing up or going over (for eg. parking) road kerb, as RA's metallic piece is below bumper line, and if you bend by it, there is chance to break out mounting bolts. They should have positioned it a bit higher, so that only bendable flap part is below bumper.
