By points you mean 0.1 octane. 10 points would be 1 octane.
that's 0.1 octane per 1/64th concentration (1 oz. per 1/2 gallon in ounces). now, the concentration we're talking about is 1/832 concentration. That's 13x as diluted. That's less than 0.1 loss in octane.
