Maybe, or they will go with the top trim of the brand they like. I don't know if it will matter. The larger displacement v8 gets points, but the twin turbo v6 has more torque, port and direct injection, is easier to tune, is probably lighter, etc.
On a separate note, my mom bought a Wrangler six months ago. It is ehh. Hopefully the interior on the Bronco is nicer. I like the looks of the Bronco much more. I would probably buy a Tacoma over a Jeep/Bronco for the utility, or a Suzuki Samurai to go off-road, as a larger adventure 4-wheeler, but I understand this will have a cult following and is ideal for many people.
